Pregnant is the fiancée of a British man who perished in a strange event at his own engagement celebration.

In western Australia, Liam Trimmer was celebrating his engagement to Lilly Watts when he fell and broke his neck’s carotid artery, news reported.

The 29-year-old, who immigrated to Australia in 2013, sought to be saved by relatives and friends, but passed away before emergency personnel could get to him.

However, the couple announced they were expecting a child, so the party went beyond merely marking their engagement.

Lilly, a nurse at Royal Perth Hospital, was nearly 14 weeks pregnant when one of her friends, Melinda Kelly, stated in a GoFundMe that Lilly would now have to raise their child by herself.
