Haylie Duff listed her $3.2 million Santa Barbara-style mansion in Austin, Texas, nearly four years after moving her family there from California.
According to real estate agent Scott Michaels, the actress and her fiancé Matt Rosenberg were initially intrigued to the space’s general “energy” and paid $1.9 million for the 4,200 square foot home in 2020.
“What grabbed my clients’ attention was the energy of the home as well as the privacy it affords,” he stated. “The timeless Santa Barbara-style, indoor/outdoor living and fantastic community/location are big draws for potential buyers.”
