The royal made the remark on Prince William and Kate’s youngest child while interacting with large groups of well-wishers on the Isle of Man.
She got to know 38-year-old Rachael Hughes and her 15-week-old twins, Oliver and Louie, at the event.
“I have a Louis grandson…quite a handful,” the Queen remarked.
The Queen, according to Ms. Hughes, had stopped by to “admire” the little boys’ matching blue clothes. “[She] asked their names and said it gets easier when they are two,” the woman continued.
“Seeing her was quite pleasant. She looks amazing and is doing an amazing job.”
“The awarding of your city status is especially meaningful to me because your letters patent are the only ones that exist that bear my signature and my late mother’s signature,” the statement stated.
“Therefore, ladies and gentlemen, as you mark your well-deserved status as one of the newest cities in the British Isles, and the only one of the Crown Dependencies, I would like to offer on behalf of my wife and myself, my heartfelt congratulations and my very best wishes for the future.”
