Following his suspension in December for hitting Phoenix Suns player Jusuf Nurkic, Green missed 16 games.
When the 34-year-old placed Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert in a headlock in November, he was suspended for five games.
In the previous season’s playoffs, he was also punished for stamping on Domantas Sabonis of the Sacramento Kings.
The Warriors, who are tenth in the Western Conference, supported their victory on Tuesday despite Green’s ejection.
