Following the passing of Andre Braugher, Terry Crews recently talked about his reunion with the cast of Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
A few weeks prior, Melissa Fumero and the 55-year-old actor uploaded a photo of themselves on Instagram with Andy Samberg, Chelsea Peretti, Joe Lo Truglio, Stephanie Beatriz, Joel McKinnon Miller, and Dirk Blocker, marking their reunion as the cast of the popular comedy.
“There is no better way to describe yesterday night than it was! NINE-NINE “wrote the caption.
Terry talked about the get-together with PEOPLE and mentioned that the crew honored the life of their late co-star, who appeared in the NBC series as Captain Holt.
“Oh my goodness, seeing the cast again. We missed Andre Braugher, who we lost a few months ago, and we laughed and we grieved.
We used the time to reflect on our past experiences and cherish our time spent together,” he remarked.
Terry expressed gratitude for working with such a “wonderful” cast after eight seasons together.
