Because Khadija Shah did not appear in the Askari Tower vandalism case, ATC issued an arrest order for her. It has been instructed that Ms. Shah be detained and brought before it by the police on April 17 (tomorrow).
She was granted bail by a local Quetta court and was freed from prison on December 28, of last year.
She was taken into custody in relation to attacks on Askari Tower, Jinnah House, and police cars that were set on fire.
She was also detained by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in connection with a cybercrime case in which she had posted messages on social media to incite people against the army during the incident on May 9.
