The military’s propaganda wing announced on Wednesday that security forces had killed seven terrorists in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan district who were attempting to cross into Afghanistan.
The security forces on Tuesday, April 16, near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in the Spinkai region of Ghulam Khan in the tribal district, spotted the movement of a gang of seven terrorists, according to a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
It went on, “All seven territories were sent to hell after the infiltrators were surrounded and effectively engaged.”
The statement also stated that a significant amount of explosives, ammo, and firearms were found on the terrorists who were slain.
According to the statement, Pakistan has repeatedly requested that the Taliban-led temporary Afghan government maintain efficient border administration on their side of the the border.
The military urged the interim rulers to fulfill their obligations and deny the use of Afghan soil by terrorists for perpetuating acts of terrorism against Pakistan.
