Mohsin Naqvi, the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), reorganized the national women’s team selection committee on Thursday, bringing the total number of members to seven.
The board released a statement following the national team’s rout of the West Indies women’s squad in the just finished three-match one-day international (ODI) series.
In the first ODI of the home series, which began on April 18, the visitors crushed the Green Shirts, losing by 113 runs to the West Indies after being bowled out for 156 runs while chasing a goal of 270 runs.
The hosts lost by two wickets in the second ODI before winning by 88 runs in the third and final ODI of the series on April 23.
