A recent analysis emphasizes the global antisemitism that still exists in light of Holocaust Remembrance Day.
The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and Tel Aviv University (TAU) jointly produce the Annual Antisemitism Worldwide Report, which shows that between 2022 and 2023, there will be dozens of percentage points more antisemitic incidents in Western nations.
The number of antisemitic occurrences increased sharply following the terrorist attack on October 7th by Hamas, which resulted in the deaths of almost 1,200 people and the kidnapping of about 240 more. However, the research claims that in the first nine months of 2023, the trend was well on its way.
According to the report’s writers, on October 7, “helped spread a fire that was already out of control.”
