Following his election victory over the weekend, Mr. Khan has begun his historic third term in office.

He has previously run in elections, including as the Uxbridge by-election that followed Boris Johnson’s resignation.
Re-elected as mayor of London, Mr. Khan received 1,088,225 votes (43.8%), approximately 276,000 more than Tory contender Susan Hall (812,397 votes (32.7%).
