A representative for the couple stated that funds had been made on time and that the charity complied with all regulatory requirements.
It comes after the State of California Department of Justice issued a warning letter previously about the registration procedure.
However, that is now resolved.
A statement from Archewell stated, “The foundation had filed all required paperwork without error or wrongdoing.”
A representative for Prince Harry and Meghan had earlier this week stated that while all registration paperwork had been filed on schedule, a mailed check had not arrived.
