On Thursday, all-arounder Imad Wasim and fast bowler Mohammad Amir rallied behind former Pakistan captain Shoaib Malik.

Malik shared his opinions, saying: “The national players are playing well right now.” If the group started strong, it would be ideal. A successful series against England will give Pakistan’s players confidence going into the T20 World Cup.”

“The squad is playing in the US for the first time this year. He stated, “Those who can accurately gauge the circumstances will have an advantage.

Saim Ayub’s skill was acknowledged by Malik, who stated: “Saim Ayub plays while taking risks.” There’s no denying Saim Ayub’s skill. Saim Ayub might be a better choice to start with in high-scoring games.”

“However, if the wicket is slow and the team has to chase an equation of 160-run, then the team can go with Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan as openers,” he stated.

With reference to the intense matches between India and Pakistan, Malik stated: “We see the clash between India and Pakistan normally as a match.”

“Following the match, the players from both teams [India and Pakistan] eat together,” Malik stated.
