After being denied permission to visit PTI founder Imran Khan, leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Ali Muhammad Khan, has declared he will file a lawsuit against the Adiala jail administration in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
“I’m suing the jail administration in the high court.” The politician expressed his displeasure, saying, “We were not allowed to meet the PTI founder on the previous appearance and we are not allowed to meet now.”
Speaking to media on Friday outside the prison where the PTI founder is being held, the senior party leader announced that he would be filing a contempt of court suit against the jail management.
