Pochettino, 52, took over as Chelsea manager on July 1, signing a two-year contract with an option for an additional 12 months.
The Argentine was under fire following a disappointing first half of the season, but a run of five consecutive victories at the end of the season secured sixth place in the Premier League.
Chelsea were also runners-up in the Carabao Cup and advanced to the FA Cup semifinals.
“Thank you to the Chelsea ownership group and sporting directors for the opportunity,” stated Pochettino.
“The club is now well positioned to keep moving forward in the Premier League and Europe in the years to come.”
