Biden outpaces Trump with 200 confirmed judges, solidifying his impact on the courts.

According to analysts and politicians, President Biden achieved a significant milestone on Wednesday by officially naming 200 judges to the federal bench, confirming what will have a long-term impact on the country’s judiciary.

Biden is currently surpassing former President Trump, who made tremendous progress on court selections. Trump was able to confirm nearly as many federal appellate justices as his predecessor, former President Barack Obama, who had twice as much time.

“Judges matter. “These men and women have the power to protect or undermine basic rights,” Biden said in a statement commemorating his 200 appointments.
