According to the news, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) announced on Friday that it would file a lawsuit against the current government for its “illegal move” after lamenting the destruction of a piece of the party’s Central Secretariat.
Party Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan chastised the government for “violating” the sanctity of his party’s Central Secretariat in the nation’s capital at a news conference held after the PTI’s core committee meeting.
“The central office of a party is sanctified in a democracy,” he declared, calling the act of demolishing the central office a “cowardly act.” According to him, there were “no reasons or prior notice” given for the demolition of the Central Secretariat.
In an effort to obtain justice from the courts, Barrister Gohar declared that the PTI would petition the court to stop the demolition and sealing of his party’s office.
PTI denounces the “bulldozing” of the central office and plans to file a lawsuit.
