The Sindh High Court chastised the K-Electric attorney in the case concerning unexpected power outages in Jamshed Quarters on Jahangir Road on Monday, expressing dissatisfaction with load shedding in impoverished regions.
Judge Salahuddin of the SHC directed the company’s attorney to file an affidavit and instructed him to write under oath regarding the level of load shedding being done in the area while he was considering a petition pertaining to the previously mentioned matter.
The K-Electric attorney responded to the court by stating that the business disagreed with the petitioner who takes cases on and collects money for them.
The judge made a comment about how much money this attorney could have made from fees and mentioned that some people take on these kinds of issues in the public good.
SHC blasts K-Electric and vents his rage over Karachi’s load-shedding.
