Prior to her participation on “The Voice,” the country music artist said to Business that her fans “ain’t ready” for what’s to come. The Broadway bar is scheduled to open for business on Friday. It’s at 120 3rd Ave. South, and on the same day as the grand opening, she kicks off her “Country’s Cool Again” Tour at Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater.
“You mean the menu? It’s not what you’re ready for. All I have to say is that,” Wilson remarked. The other day, we had a tasting test, and it was so delicious that they practically had to carry me out. Though I can’t reveal all the specifics for now, it’s wonderful — and consider my hometown.”

One of Lainey’s favorite sweets will be served to patrons, despite the fact that a signature dish on the bar’s menu has nothing to do with her Louisiana background, she said to Business.
“Well, this has nothing to do with where I’m from, but we are going to have a skillet cookie because chocolate chip cookies are my favorite,” she replied. “So, come for some dessert.”
Wilson told Business that she had “for years” fantasized about operating a bar on Broadway and that Bell Bottoms Up would be a fitting moniker given her penchant for country music and fashion choices.
