Selena Gomez revealed lately that she is considering releasing another album soon and talked about her profession as a singer.
In an interview for the January 7th release of the Smartless podcast, the 31-year-old artist discussed her work that spans several decades.
“I truly enjoyed touring after I started enjoying myself a lot with music. However, I continued since I was working on my TV show Wizards of Waverly Place at the same time and I simply thought it was so much fun,” she remembered.
However, as I get older, I feel that I kind of want to find something to just settle on. Selena continued, saying as much.
The Single Soon hitmaker acknowledged that she only had “one more album” in her, dropping hints of an early retirement. Acting is probably what I would pick. I want to relax because I’m exhausted right now.
2020 saw Selena release her most recent album, Rare, and serve as executive producer on films such as This Is The Year and The Broken Hearts Gallery.
The Rare Beauty diva, however, hasn’t given a public performance since she had to cancel her 2016 Revival tour due to mental health problems brought on by her lupus diagnosis.
After the trip, Selena sought therapy at a mental health center after receiving a bipolar disorder diagnosis.
