P.D. Brig. Gul Hassan and Director General Safe City Asif Aijaz Shaikh arrived at the Aram Bagh neighborhood to inspect the progress.
Fixtures for the safe city project have been made at Haqqani Chowk, Aram Bagh, and NED University. Additionally, the project has two poles installed: one next to the D.J. Science College and one at Pakistan Chowk.
The pink button and other alternatives are on the poles of the city project.
Asif Aijaz Shaikh of D.G. Safe City has stated that the cameras will be mounted atop the poles in 20 days. He stated, “These cameras will send feed back to the Sindh Police command-and-control room, where it will all be recorded.”
Project director Brig. Gul Hassan stated, “1300 cameras will be installed at 300 poles under the project.” He declared, “There will be a push button to seek for help.”
The brigadier continued, “The police force will act promptly over the complaint.”
