As forecasted by the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) on Monday, heavy rainfall is expected in Sindh, Balochistan, the central and upper regions of the country, breaking the heat wave that is projected to affect the whole nation.
The Met Office stated that while downpours are anticipated in the upper and central regions from July 10 to July 15, rain and thundershowers are predicted in many areas of Sindh, including Karachi and Balochistan, on July 8 and tomorrow, Tuesday.
Despite sporadic downpours in the upper and central regions of the country, Pakistan’s weather has remained largely humid.
But according to the Met Office, a persistent monsoon activity is probably going to have an impact on the weather in the upcoming days.
