Erling Haaland, Grealish’s Manchester City teammate, responded to the news by posting two hearts emojis.
Harry Kane, the captain of England, responded, “Congratulations,” while Jude Bellingham, another star of the Three Lions, said, “Congrats brother.”
The identical photo was posted by Attwood, who wrote, “Half of me, half of you – beyond blessed.”
Based on reports, the couple has been dating since their teenage years and grew up in Solihull, West Midlands.
Attwood has modeled for companies including Pretty Little Thing and L’Oreal.
Grealish was left off of the final 26-man England squad that was announced for Euro 2024.
Though he was “sad” to leave out Grealish and other players, England manager Gareth Southgate acknowledged that some players had just had better seasons.
