The acclaimed street artist’s latest work depicts a goat silhouette resting atop a wall.
The artwork is supposed to be situated near Kew Bridge in Richmond.
Banksy shared the artwork on Instagram, as he has previously claimed his work.
This comes around a month after his previous work of art was described as “trivialising” by then-Home Secretary James Cleverly.
The Bristol artist, whose identity is unknown, performed an imitation migrant boat crowd surf at Glastonbury in June, during performances by indie punk band Idles and rapper Little Simz.
Mr Cleverly remarked at the time that it was “trivialising” and “vile” the issue of small boat crossings.
However, the artist stated that the politician’s reaction was “a bit over the top.”
Banksy went on to say that the genuine boat he funded being seized by Italian officials after saving unaccompanied minors at sea was “vile and unacceptable”.
Prior to that, in March, Banksy painted a tree mural in north London, with the wall beneath a recently felled tree sprayed green to simulate the appearance of leaves.
