The JI mission, led by Liaquat Baloch, had discussions with the government delegation, which included Amir Muqam, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Information Minister Atta Tarar, and others.
The JI committee and the minister of information, Atta Tarr, had a fruitful conversation, and on Wednesday they will have another dialogue session.
JI leader Liaquat Baloch told the media that throughout the more than hour-long discussion, they made it plain that they would not back down from their demands.
“We (JI) want the people to get relief. We’ve made our demands known to the government committee,” he continued.
