The Friends actress, 54, is said to have died in October 2023 from ketamine administered by Jasveen Sangha, 41.
She is one of five people accused of drug-related offenses, including “Dr. P,” a physician, Kenneth Iwamasa, Perry’s live-in personal assistant, Eric Fleming, Perry’s acquaintance, and Mark Chavez, another physician.
Sangha, a dual citizen of the US and the UK, allegedly operated a “drug-selling emporium” out of a north Hollywood apartment.
The building’s residents informed Martha Kelner, a US correspondent for News, that they frequently observed.
According to Jamie Duke, one man, there was “a lot of commotion in the hallway” one evening when he heard her door “busted open”.
He added that he believed the people entering and leaving were musicians because he noticed them carrying briefcases and occasionally instrument boxes.
