Yousuf Goth in Surjani has received 76mm of rain so far, the most in comparison to other areas of Port City.
KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted that there will be another round of monsoon showers in the port city during the course of the next 24 hours. As of Sunday morning, light to moderate rains have been lashing portions of Karachi.
76mm of rain has fallen in Yousuf Goth, Surjani Town, since Sunday morning. This is the most rain that has been recorded in this area of the city.
North Karachi, Federal B Area, Sohrab Goth, Scheme 33, a few sections of Gulistan-e-Johar and Gulshan-e-Iqbal, and other areas were among the other places.
After light rain, many parts of Karachi, including Malir Halt, Defence, Korangi, Landhi, Quaidabad, and their surrounding districts, were saturated.
