ISLAMABAD Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Bilawal-Bhutto Zaddari, along with other top leaders of the two major ruling parties, the Pakistan Peoples Parties (PPP) and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), met together in Islamabad on Thursday to resolve differences amid growing tensions between them.
Prior to “crucial legislation” in the National Assembly, the PPP leadership was given confidence by the coalition government headed by Prime Minister Shehbaz, according to sources who spoke with News.
According to the sources, the National Assembly will meet on Monday to discuss the “crucial legislation” in this regard.
The insiders stated that in addition to discussing many important subjects, the two sides also discussed the current political climate in the nation, without providing any details about the future legislation.
