On Wednesday, the Special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) denied the bail request of Amina Urooj, the arrested suspect in Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar’s honeytrap.
After the attorneys’ closing statements, Judge Arshad Javed of the Special Anti-Terrorism Court presided over the hearing and rendered the decision.
The primary suspects in the purported kidnapping of prominent playwright Khalilur Rehman Qamar in Lahore, according to the police, have been arrested.
The primary suspect, Amna, and her three accomplices were captured from Nankana Sahib. They were involved in the kidnapping and theft of Khalilur Rehman on July 15.
The four suspects, including Amna, who called Qamar to the kidnap location and planned the crime, have been brought into jail, according to the police.
