The Fulton County medical examiner reported that Homie Quan, whose real name was Dequantes Devontay Lamar, passed away at a hospital in Atlanta.
A post-mortem is scheduled for Friday; the cause of death was not immediately known.
In an Instagram story, rapper Megan Thee Stallion included a photo of Quan along with the caption, “RIP to one of the best.”
