On the auspicious occasion of Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH), Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif honored his parents and wife on Tuesday.
Details indicate that Nawaz went to his family’s Raiwind cemetery to honor his departed loved ones. The leader of the PML-N placed flower wreaths and fateha on his family members’ graves.
The three-time premier also prayed for the deceased.
In the meantime, the nation is celebrating Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH) with a great deal of solemnity and religious devotion today. A 21-gun salute in each provincial capital and a 31-gun salute in the federal capital marked the start of the day.
Following the Fajr prayer, special prayers were said for the prosperity and unity of the Muslim world.
