Finally, the Punjab government has given the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) permission to organize a rally in Punjab province’s capital, Lahore.
The PTI will be permitted to organize a rally in Lahore as long as it follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) for a safe and secure gathering, a district administration spokeswoman has said.
Originally scheduled to take place at Minar-e-Pakistan, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has officially been granted permission by the district government to organize a protest in Lahore’s Jallo Park. The deputy commissioner of the city was tasked by the Lahore High Court to rule on PTI’s request for permission by 5 p.m. This is the result of that ruling.
