In the areas of immigration and counterterrorism, Pakistan and Bahrain have decided to increase their bilateral collaboration.
Bahrain’s Interior Minister Lt Gen Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa met with Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi in Islamabad, according to information that surfaced on Wednesday. Naqvi greeted the Bahraini minister upon his arrival at the Ministry of Interior. The two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in areas like border security, policing, coast guards, and counter-narcotics at the meeting, which also covered bilateral ties. A consensus was achieved to move on with different memorandums of understanding and to form a joint working group.
