A new series called “Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars” has celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay behind the camera, highlighting eateries striving to earn the esteemed culinary honor. The eight-part Apple TV+ series, which premieres on Friday, has the multi-starred chef and TV personality as an executive producer. The show travels to restaurants in the US, UK, Italy, the Nordics, and Mexico in an attempt to attract or keep stars.
“(It) is a sort of a real reflection on what goes on in these businesses: what’s at stake, what kind of jeopardy is up for grabs and then the emotions,” Ramsay said to Reuters.
