Dartford resident Ernestas Juska, 20, will appear in court on Monday, according to Kent Police.
The force further stated that the accused sexual offense is against a deceased woman.
Police were called to a private residence in Dartford just before 7am on Saturday, following complaints of a person inside who was causing worry.
Police discovered a woman who had been stabbed; they called for paramedics, but the victim was declared dead on the spot.
According to police, Juska has been placed into custody and ordered to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court.
