When a condo constructed in 1975 became available in Miami, Florida, Annie Penta was searching for a new place to call home.
She informed news that she felt compelled to visit the location immediately.

Since then, she has totally renovated the area to create a retro 1970s home complete with shag carpet and silk walls.
It’s very exceptional. She told the news, “I’ve always been drawn to pink, so that’s how I envision decorating the area.
