As he celebrated his 42nd birthday, the future king was also seen waving his arms to Shake It Off while watching the American singer perform at Wembley Stadium.
“Thank you for an amazing evening, Taylor Swift,” Prince William posted on Instagram.
Swift shared a selfie she took with her boyfriend, NFL player Travis Kelce, and William, George, and Charlotte.
“Happy Bday, M8,” Swift posted to Instagram. “London shows are off to a splendid start.”
Nicola Coughlan, star of Bridgerton, and model Cara Delevingne were allegedly among the celebrity-studded audience, which also featured William’s cousin Zara Tindall and her husband Mike Tindall.
Sir Keir Starmer, the leader of the Labour Party, was also there, having taken a detour from the campaign road to attend the opening night of Swift’s historic Eras tour in London.
Recent days have seen an upsurge in Taylor-mania in London, with the famous Tube map of the city being redrew to commemorate her visit.
At Friday’s customary Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace, her hit song Shake It Off was also played.
