The statement states that plain area universities and colleges will be closed from June 15 to August 31.
On the other hand, universities and colleges in hilly regions will observe summer vacation from July 1 to July 31.
This declaration applies to all public and private colleges and universities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Summer breaks will be observed in schools throughout the province, as declared earlier by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Department.
The province’s middle, high, and higher secondary schools will be closed from June 15 to August 31 in addition to the province’s primary schools, which will close on June 1.
Beginning on July 1st, schools in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s higher districts will be shuttered.
The Sindh Education Department had previously declared the summer holidays for all colleges and schools, both public and private.
The announcement published here states that Sindh’s public and commercial institutions would observe summer vacations from June 1 to July 31.
It is important to note that as of Thursday, around 26 districts in Pakistan were experiencing a severe heatwave, according to the climate change ministry. This heatwave is expected to continue until May 30.
