In order to promote trade between Afghanistan and India, Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has encouraged Pakistan and India to open the Wagah border, stressing that political considerations should not impede economic cooperation.
Muttaqi claimed that by enhancing trade connections and regional economic integration, the reopening of the Wagah route would significantly benefit the citizens of all three countries during a press conference in New Delhi.
He declared, “India and Pakistan ought to open the Wagah border for us.” “Trade between Afghanistan and India will be facilitated by this.”
