While Aleema Khan, the sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, was speaking to the media on Monday, a brawl broke out outside Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi.
PTI employees and journalists got into a physical confrontation during which verbal abuse was also exchanged. PTI employees assaulted many journalists and physically assaulted one.
In reaction to the abuse and abuse they experienced at the hands of PTI employees, journalists declared they would boycott Aleema’s media appearance after the event.
