The Netflix series Alice in Borderland has gained international popularity. Actors now discuss how they would respond to such a response as season three premieres.
“I was surprised at the beginning, but, of course, I’m elated that the global fans have embraced this show,” Kento Yamazaki, the star of the most-watched Japanese show on the steamers, said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
“It’s also true that we had this resolve to create something for the global audience even from season one,” he adds. That [this passion] has persisted till season three makes me very delighted.
His co-star Tao Tsuchiya agrees, saying, “I can’t express how touching it is [that the show is well-liked around the world].”
