The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a revised schedule for the upcoming T20I tri-nation series featuring Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Zimbabwe.
All seven matches, including the final, will now take place at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The series, crucial preparation ahead of next year’s T20 World Cup in India and Sri Lanka, was initially set to include five games in Lahore.
The tri-series will kick off with Pakistan facing Zimbabwe on November 18, with each team playing four matches. The top two sides will compete in the final on November 29.
The revised schedule follows a similar update for the remaining Pakistan-Sri Lanka ODI matches, which will now be held in Rawalpindi on November 14 and 16. PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi expressed gratitude to the Sri Lankan team for continuing their tour, highlighting the spirit of sportsmanship.
This schedule comes after Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) confirmed that the tour would continue despite safety concerns following a recent suicide bombing in Islamabad. SLC stated that players wishing to return home would be replaced after formal assessment, ensuring the series continues uninterrupted.
Information Minister Attaullah Tarar also thanked the Sri Lankan team for their commitment, calling their presence an honor.
Tri-Series Schedule:

- 22 Nov: Pakistan vs Sri Lanka
- 23 Nov: Pakistan vs Zimbabwe
- 25 Nov: Sri Lanka vs Zimbabwe
