The conflict between Angelina Jolie and her estranged father, JonVoight, has been rekindled.
The Oscar winner, who is well-known for her outspoken speech, recently answered questions about her worries as an American and an artist at the San Sebastian film festival in Spain.
“That is a really challenging question,” Jolie replied. Even though I adore my nation, I don’t currently recognize it.
“Anything that divides or, of course, limits personal expressions and freedoms and, from anyone, I think is very dangerous,” he continued.
Sources now assert that Jolie’s remarks have caused friction with her father, Voight, who was named one of three “special ambassadors” to Hollywood earlier this year.
