This makes her the first woman ever to claim the top spot on Spotify five separate times, a record unmatched by any other female artist, as no one else has led the chart more than twice.
Justin Bieber follows closely with 120.9 million monthly listeners, while The Weeknd comes in third at 120.26 million. Fans quickly flooded social media to celebrate Ariana’s achievement.
