Harry and Meghan had spent a few days seeing competitors preparing for the Invictus Games in Whistler, Canada.
The Paralympic-style competition for wounded and ill military people was established in 2014 by the Duke of Sussex; Whistler and Vancouver will host the competition the following year.
With Meghan encouraging him, Harry made two runs on the fastest bobsled track in the world.
Grinning, he declared that “everyone should do this, it should be compulsory” as he was assisted off the track.
The Duchess yelled, “No way,” in response to someone who said, “Meghan, you’ve got to go.”
Following their Valentine’s Day excursion to the Whistler Blackcomb ski resort in British Columbia, where Harry attempted sit-skiing, Harry and Meghan spent their day at the skeleton track.
Sit-skis make it easier for participants in the winter sport who are in wheelchairs or have trouble standing for extended periods of time.
While Meghan looked on, Harry was seen joining in and making jokes and laughing with the other participants.
Sit-skiing is one of the several competitions that will be held at the 2025 Invictus Games, which will attract contestants from up to 25 different countries.
Days before Harry and Meghan made their first public appearance, they rebuilt their Archewell website, which now points to Sussex.com.
