The International Cricket Council (ICC) has revealed the Test player rankings. Babar Azam is not among the top 10 batsmen on the list because of his subpar performance.
After dropping three spots due to his subpar performance in the Bangladesh Test Series, which the visitors dominated by winning both matches against Pakistan, Babar Azam is now ranked 12th.
Pakistani cricketer Muhammad Rizwan held onto the tenth spot, while England’s Joe Root continued to hold the top spot.
There isn’t a single Pakistani player among the top ten bowlers. 11th place for Shaheen Afridi following a one-rank drop.
