Auli’i Cravalho, the actress who played Moana, made an amazing announcement on social media.
The 23-year-old actress posted a video to Instagram on Tuesday, following Disney’s announcement of the film’s sequel in the first week of February.
Standing in front of Disney’s Roy E. Disney Animation Building in Burbank, California, Auli’i said that she will reprise her role as the eponymous heroine.
“The emotion you get when you formally return to Motunui. This November, we want to cruise far beyond the reef. “#Moana2,” she wrote.
