QUETTA: Tribal chieftain Sardar Sherbaz Satakzai, who was detained in connection with the Degari honour killing case, in which a couple was shot dead in the name of “honour,” had his bail request granted by the Balochistan High Court on Monday.
The BHC’s Justice Iqbal Kasi granted the bail request and ordered the defendant to provide Rs. 500,000 in surety bonds.
After his bail was denied by the lower court, Satakza had gone to the high court.
