KARACHI: On his way back after the gold transaction, a jeweler in Karachi’s Karimabad neighborhood was robbed of Rs12 million, turning an expensive transaction into a robbery.
When the burglar was returning from a gold laboratory in Saddar after selling the precious metal, it happened close to the Government APWA College for Women, according to the president of the Karimabad Jewelers Association.
According to the head of the Jewellers Association, the robbers grabbed the victim at gunpoint, took the money, and then ran away.
