According to reports, Britney Spears is undermining her own biopic.
The highly anticipated biopic is in peril because, according to insiders, Spears has turned into the main roadblock to the project.
The movie, which is based on Spears’ 2023 memoir The Woman in Me and was helmed by Jon M. Chu, the director of Wicked, has “ground to a halt.”
A source informed RadarOnline, “Britney banked on having a lot of control in her initial deal and she was able to do that because multiple companies were chasing her for the rights to her story.”
