The 31-year-old said on social media that he was “very heavy-hearted and apologetic” for bringing his followers “disappointing news”.
In the article, the rapper said that he had “violated the road traffic act” when he drove home in Seoul “thinking it was a close distance” and “[forgot] that you can’t use an electric scooter under the influence”.
“I fell while parking the electric scooter in front of my house, and there was a police officer nearby,” he said.
“I was given a breathalyser test and subsequently had my license revoked and was fined.”

According to South Korea’s Yonhap news agency, investigators determined that his blood alcohol level was done.

He went on to say that, while no one was injured or property was damaged, this is solely my fault, with no excuses.
I apologize to anyone who have been harmed by my negligence and wrongful behaviour, and I will make certain that this does not happen again in the future.
The incredibly successful boy band is presently on hiatus as members complete their military service.
Suga began his service last year and is currently serving as a social service agent after being deemed unfit for regular combat duty.
